Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

The building has a lovely architectural style and the decor impressed me. The cellar offered comfortable sofas, tables, books, games, and a big screen television (a fantastic place to unwind). I found the staff sensational and. Michelle greeted us warmly and offered local area advice.
The restaurant was marked as available on their website when I booked, but I learned upon arrival that it was permanently closed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, resolving issues quickly. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the town center and the team offered great local recommendations (I used some myself!).

Breakfast included a wide choice of cereals, cooked options, fruit, and pastries. Although dinner wasn't available in the hotel's restaurant, staff recommended an excellent option just a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel.

The staff were cute and helpful. They were always available when I needed assistance. The rooms were very clean. They were also spacious. The tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch, and the amount provided was plentiful.
The hotel looked quite dated upon arrival. My beautiful room faced the car park. I also noted some stacked bunkbeds against the wall. The carpets had a noticeable odour. It wasn't particularly cute.
